Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund terms.

This policy outlines how cancellation and refund requests are handled for products, services, subscriptions, and commercial arrangements with Factory Future.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be considered only if made within 24 hours of placing an order.
A cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the operational team or the assignment process has begun.
Cancellation and refund of fees or charges are governed by the refund policy communicated by the company from time to time.
Orders placed under same-day delivery or immediate-service categories may not be eligible for cancellation.
Special discounts, limited occasion offers, festival offers, and promotional packages may not be cancellable.

Refunds

Eligible purchases may be covered by a 24-hour refund review window.
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of payment.
Refunds may be subject to deductions for legal documents, services, processing, or work already provided.
Approved refunds are generally processed within seven days of acceptance.
Refund requests can be sent to billing@kivaa.in.
