TORONTO May 11 2026 GLOBE NEWSWIRE Labrador Gold Corp TSXV LAB FNR 2N6 LabGold or the Company is pleased to announce that it has signed an option agreement dated May 8 2026 with Pacific Ridge Exploration Limited PEX TSXV PEXZF OTCQB Pacific Ridge to acquire a 100 interest in the Mariposa and Eureka Dome gold projects Yukon Territory Mariposa Project Highlights The 16000 ha Mariposa project consists of 795 claims situated in the White Gold District approximately 120 kilometres southeast of Dawson City and is accessible by fixed wing aircraft and winter road The project lies approximately 15 kilometres east of the proposed Northern Access Route NAR an allseason road being constructed from Dawson City to the Coffee Gold project figure 2 The property is 40 kilometres southeast of White Golds White Gold Project Indicated resources of 173 Moz Gold and inferred resources of 127 Moz Gold 1 and 30 kilometres eastnortheast of Fuertes Coffee property Measured and Indicated resources of 296 Moz and inferred resources of 08 Moz 2 Mariposa shows geological similarities to both the Golden Saddle part of the White Gold Project and Coffee deposits including host lithology style of gold mineralization and structural control The age of gold mineralization at Mariposa 155Ma is consistent with that at Golden Saddle 1635 to 1555 Ma and other prospects in the district indicating that the mineralization is associated with a widespread orogenic gold event The property occurs at the headwaters of significant placer producing creeks Historic placer gold production of 73000 oz from Scroggie Creek 3 which cuts the Mariposa property is indicative of significant bedrock gold mineralization yet to be fully defined Past exploration on the property was largely completed between 2010 and 2015 with only limited work since representing an opportunity for LabGold to reevaluate the extensive database and further explore the project using modern technology and with a better understanding based on results of recent work elsewhere in the district Six significant gold occurrences delineated by over 13000 soil samples 4 include Skookum Main 06 by 11 km gold in soil anomaly Report on the Mariposa Project in the White Gold district Yukon Territory by Jean Pautler PGeo Effective Date November 25 2016Eureka Dome Highlights Eureka Dome is located approximately 62km northnorthwest of the Mariposa Project 55 km northeast of the White Gold Project and is road accessible from Dawson City Limited soil sampling has identified two main target areas on the property 5 A possible epithermal system based on anomalous arsenicantimonymercury with erratic gold values spread over a 25 by 1km areaA porphyry like signature of strong coppermolybdenumgoldzinc with possible zonation to lead Roger Moss President and CEO of Labrador Gold stated The acquisition of the Mariposa and Eureka Dome Properties gives LabGold an entry into the prolific White Gold District with two projects that have been idle for some time despite increased exploration activity in the Yukon Mariposa is well mineralized with several geological characteristics similar to other gold deposits in the district yet remains comparatively underexplored These are exactly the kind of projects where LabGolds systematic exploration can lead to discoveries as previously demonstrated at our Hopedale and Kingsway projects Ryan Weston Vice President Exploration commented Mariposa is a rare opportunity to acquire a highly prospective asset in one of Canadas most active gold exploration camps Past exploration confirms the presence of White Gold districtstyle orogenic gold mineralization across a 12 by 5 km footprint with multiple largescale goldinsoil anomalies and confirmed bedrock mineralization returning up to 244 gt gold over 389 m 6 Despite this historic drilling is largely confined to the Skookum Main and West showings several anomalies remain untested or drilltested by only a handful of holes and roughly twothirds of the property has never been covered by a soil survey The discovery methodology in the White Gold district is now well established and we intend to apply it systematically across the Mariposa property this summer Geology and Mineralization The Mariposa Project is primarily underlain by metamorphic rocks of the YukonTanana terrane The central property area which hosts the main showings is underlain by biotitequartzfeldspar gneiss of probable metasedimentary origin Snowcap assemblage with lesser bands of intermediate mafic hornblende bearing gneiss Finlayson assemblage intruded by Permian felsic orthogneiss Sulphur Creek plutonic suite with mafic to intermediate orthogneiss of the Simpson Range plutonic suite in the southern property area south of Mariposa Creek and possibly in the Hackly Gold area Marble locally occurs within the metasedimentary package with a significant band evident in the Alberta Creek area A northwesterly trending body of ultramafic to mafic rocks pyroxenite and gabbro also occurs in the Alberta Creek area which continues just to the northeast of the property through Pyroxene Mountain A quartzmuscovite pyrite schist fault zone trends northwestsoutheast over 14km across the property The shist is characterized by anomalous arsenic soil geochemistry with local gold bismuth lead tellurium and zinc Structurally the central property area is dominated by an eastnortheasterly sinistral strike slip faultsystem which appears to be related to mineralization typical within the White Gold district TheSkookum and Maisy May showings occur within the two km wide Mariposa Structural Corridor with the Skookum Jim fault system forming the southern boundary and the Cabin Creek fault forming the northernboundary A second parallel corridor to the south contains the Gertie Hackly and Skookum East zones Gold mineralization at Mariposa is predominantly hosted within the felsic orthogneiss metaintrusive with some mineralization also hosted by the metasedimentary rocks Mineralized zones generally trend eastnortheast and appear to be structurally controlled by sinistral strike slip faults Mineralization is found associated with quartz veins stockwork and breccia zones Gold is typically associated with anomalous bismuth tellurium molybdenum mercury silver antimony lead copper arsenic Figure 1 Location of Mariposa amp Eureka Dome properties Figure 2 Location of Mariposa amp Eureka Dome properties Figure 3 Mariposa geology and mineralization Next Steps LabGold is currently planning a summer field program following the same systematic exploration approach that has been successful elsewhere The program is anticipated to consist of 1 airborne magnetic and radiometric surveying across the south of the property 2 LiDAR surveying across the entire property 3 grid soil sampling in the Alberta Creek area and ridge and spur sampling in untested parts of the property An application for a Class 1 permit to execute the planned work was submitted in early April The airborne magnetic survey will provide critical geophysical data to assist in structural and geological interpretation where only course government magnetic data currently exists The LiDAR survey is expected to provide excellent resolution on subtle lineament features which may be tied to focused on the acquisition and exploration of prospective gold projects in Canada The recently announced Watson Project a joint venture with Nemo Resources Inc represents the largest landholding in the Fort Hope Greenstone Belt which is significantly underexplored compared to other greenstone belts eg Red Lake and Pickle Lake in northwestern Ontario While the exploration focus will be on gold the Watson project also hosts significant potential for critical minerals eg antimony nickel copper and zinc The proposed road to the Ring of Fire expected to begin construction in mid2026 runs through the Watson property and once complete will significantly reduce exploration and development costs The Hopedale property covers much of the Archeanage Florence Lake greenstone belt which extends over 60 kilometers While typical of greenstone belts globally the area has been underexplored LabGolds work to date has identified gold anomalies in rocks soils and lake sediments across a threekilometer section of the northern portion of the belt Five gold occurrences lie along this trend four of which were discovered by LabGold Additional anomalous gold values occur across approximately 40 kilometers of the southern portion of the belt Recent exploration has also demonstrated potential for copper nickel and cobalt The Borden Lake project near Chapleau Ontario lies immediately southeast of Discovery Silver Corps Borden gold mine Past exploration by LabGold identified two anomalous gold zones based on geochemistry and geophysics The Company has 170009979 common CHARLOTTE NC May 07 2026 GLOBE NEWSWIRE Greenland Mines Ltd Greenland Mines or the Company Nasdaq GRML reports the results of an independent metal price sensitivity analysis completed by SLR Consulting SLR on the Companys Skaergaard Project in East Greenland The analysis applies updated palladium gold and platinum price assumptions to the existing 2022 undergroundconstrained Mineral Resource model to evaluate the effect of higher metal prices on equivalent grades and contained Palladium Equivalent PdEq metal This analysis presents the upside strictly as a metal price sensitivity exercise and not as an updated Mineral Resource estimate The SLR highprice sensitivity case indicates 1658 Moz PdEq Indicated and 2192 Moz PdEq Inferred with average PdEq grades increasing by 45 Indicated and 55 Inferred versus its former 2022 base case In the low and medium cases total PdEq content also increases compared to the 2022 basecase PdEq estimate while maintaining the same geologic Notes Not Mineral Resources To be viewed only as a metal price sensitivity exerciseAll parameters except metal prices and metal equivalent conversion factors were held constant from the historical rounding SLRs work does not change the 2022 Mineral Resource Estimate which remains constrained by an underground mining scenario as set out in the November 22 2022 NI 43101 Technical Report on SkaergaardThe sensitivity exercise only updates metal price assumptions and recalculates PdEq grades and contained metal for blocks within the existing 2022 underground resource shapes holding all other parameters constant Bo Mller Stensgaard President of Greenland Mines Ltd commented The SLR sensitivity work crystallizes what makes Skaergaard so compellingOn the same conservative 2022 block model simply applying a more goldbullish longterm price deck takes the combined PdAuPt expression up by approximately 50 with strong equivalent grade uplift in both the Indicated and Inferred categories That is the kind ofscale and price leveragethat longterm institutional and strategic stakeholders and partners are looking for in the next generation of precious and criticalmetal projects At the same time we are very clear that this is ametal price sensitivity exercise on our existing 2022 NI 43101 Mineral Resource not a new resource estimate and we are doing the hard work needed to convert optionality into value That includestesting the mining method itself as recommended by SLR in the 2022 Technical Report our 2026 program will start to evaluate openpit and bulkmining scenarios alongside underground concepts supported by proper geotechnical geophysical and topographic data With SLR as our independent geological consultant and Qualified Person GTK Mintec driving metallurgy and pilotplant work WSP driving the environmental baseline study a fully funded 2026 field drill and bulksample campaign this summer and our North Atlantic lowcarbon processing strategy we see Skaergaard increasingly as afuture operation in the making with mine method and metal prices acting as levers on what is already a very large PdAuPt and criticalmetals system Metal Price Sensitivity Summary Table 1 above summarizes SLRs PdEq metal price sensitivity results for the 2022 undergroundconstrained resource model by classification and sensitivity case SLR constructed three 2026 metalprice scenarios Low Medium and High around the original 2022 price set using longterm metal price forecasts as a base case and adding upside cases in light of recent strength and volatility in the gold market For each case SLR Kept the underlying2022 Skaergaard block model tonnages geometry cutoff grade 143 gt PdEq classification and technical assumptions unchangedApplied onlydifferent Results of Updated Mineral Resource and Reserves Increases Consolidated MampI to 731koz Au and Inferred Resource to 653koz Au Serabi Gold plc Serabi or the Company AIMSRB TSXSBI OTCQXSRBIF the Brazilian focused gold mining and development company is pleased to announce updated Mineral Reserve estimates and Mineral Resource estimates for its Palito Mine and updated Mineral Resource estimates for its Coringa Mine prepared in accordance with the standard of CIM and Canadian National Instrument 43101 with an effective date of 31 January 2026 as outlined below all financial amounts are expressed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated HIGHLIGHTS Proven and Probable 2P Reserves at Palito Complex totalling 228400 ounces 1153800 tonnes at 62 gt Au compared to 147000 ounces 646000 tonnes 71 gt Au in April 2025Consolidated Measured and Indicated MampI Resources of 730800 ounces of contained gold 2485800 tonnes 91 gt Au a 29 increase compared to 567400 ounces 2047900 tonnes 86 gt in March 2025 for Palito and April 2024 for CoringaConsolidated Inferred Resources of 653300 ounces 2506700 tonnes 81 gt Au a 50 increase compared to 434700 ounces 2144200 tonnes 63 gt Au in March 2025 for Palito and April 2024 for CoringaNCL Ingeniera y Construccin SpA of Santiago de Chile NCL is preparing these Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve estimations together with a new 43101 Technical Report which is expected to be issued within 45 days of the date of this release for each of Palito Complex and Coringa Mike Hodgson CEO commented We are pleased to release these updated reserve estimates and resource estimates for Palito Mine and Coringa Mine which incorporate the drill results of our 2025 brownfield exploration programme which is part of Phase 2 of our growth strategy of significantly increasing our resource after two years of aggressive brownfield drilling In only our first year of Phase 2 we managed to increase our consolidated MampI to 731koz Au and consolidated inferred resource to 653koz Au up from consolidated MampI resource of 567koz Au and consolidated inferred resource of 435koz Au which is approximately halfway to our growth target These resource and reserve updates demonstrate two findings firstly our continued ability to once again replenish the Palito geological resource as well as to grow the reserve meaningfully in the process Secondly we see the majority of our resource growth at Coringa This is not surprising Coringa is a new mine with greater geological continuity which in turn offers much upside potential We expect more resource growth at Coringa during the 2026 brownfield exploration programme The healthy increase in our resource estimates confirms the prospectivity of our properties which is now being unlocked through exploration expenditure backed by our strong balance sheet and cash generation in comparison to our capital constrained history of operation We remain optimistic on what lies ahead in our 2026 brownfield exploration programme and hope to at the very least match the success of our first year of Phase 2 drilling As the rainy season has subsided in Brazil we have initiated the 2026 brownfield exploration programme which we plan to provide an update on in Q22026 The Mineral Reserve estimate for Palito Mine was prepared by Mr Carlos Guzman of NCL Ingeniera y Construccin SpA who is a APPENDIX Mineral Reserves and ResourcesThe Company estimates and discloses mineral reserves and resources using the definitions adopted by the Canadian Institute of Mining Metallurgy and Petroleum and in accordance with NI 43101 Further details are available at wwwcimorg See the Glossary of Geological and Mining Terms for complete definitions of mineral reserves and mineral resources About Mineral ResourcesMineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability but do have reasonable prospect for economic extraction They fall into three categories measured indicated and inferred The reported mineral resources are stated inclusive of mineral reserves Measured and indicated mineral resources are sufficiently welldefined to allow geological and grade continuity to be reasonably assumed and permit the application of technical and economic parameters in assessing the economic viability of the mineral resource Inferred mineral resources are estimated on limited information not sufficient to verify geological and grade continuity or to allow technical and economic parameters to be applied Inferred mineral resources are too speculative geologically to have economic considerations applied to them There is no certainty that mineral resources of any category will be upgraded to mineral reserves Important Information about Mineral Reserve and Resource Estimates Whilst the Company takes all reasonable care in the preparation and verification of the mineral reserve and resource figures the figures are estimates based in part on forwardlooking information Estimates are based on managements knowledge mining experience analysis of drilling results the quality of available data and managements best judgment They are however imprecise by nature may change over time and include many variables and assumptions including geological interpretation commodity prices and currency exchange rates recovery rates and operating and capital costs There is no assurance that the indicated levels of metal will be produced and the Company may have to reestimate the mineral reserves based on actual production experience Changes in the metal price production costs or recovery rates could make it unprofitable to operate or develop a particular deposit for a period of time A comparison of the updated Mineral Reserve Estimates as at 31 ROUYNNORANDA Quebec April 27 2026 GLOBE NEWSWIRE Abcourt Mines Inc Abcourt or the Company TSX Venture ABIOTCQB ABMBF is pleased to announce that it has completed all drilling east of the Cartwright stripping to the boundary of its Flordin property and the Kinebik property now owned by Vior Gold Corporation see Figure 2 Eleven 11 holes were drilled on two NWSE lines for a total of 2960 metres As of today 3900 metres of drilling have been completed during the 2026 drilling campaign which totals 20000 metres The next area to be drilled is located 300 metres west of the Cartwright stripping Four 4 holes will test the lateral and depth extensions of stripping no 2502 95 gt gold over 7 metres including 1127 gt gold over 05 metres and no 2501 14 gt gold over 40 metres See press release dated September 25 2025 Summary of Drilling Completed in the East part of the Property New drilling in the eastern sector of the property extended the known mineralized zones to the boundary of our Flordin property with the Kinebik property All the drill hole intersected gold values Hole FL26291 returned 17 gt gold over 12 metres including 152 gt gold over 1 metre within 50 metres of our property boundary Based on geological observations and assay results we can confirm that despite the continuity of the structure mineralization alteration and gold grades are less significant east of the Cartwright stripping than to the west See Table 1 for a summary of the eastern sector drill results With the eastern holes completed the 2026 campaign will move westward and attempt to link the mineralized zones of stripping 2501 and 2502 with the holes drilled in 2023 to finally end in the South Zone area With the 2026 drilling rate reached and steady we expect to drill no less than 2000 metres per month with only one drill rig in operation Table 1 Table of drill results east of Cartwright stripping HoleFrom mTo mLength mGrade VALDOR Quebec April 23 2026 GLOBE NEWSWIRE Cartier Resources Inc Cartier or the Company TSXV ECR FSE 6CA is pleased to announce the eleventh batch of results from the 100000m drilling program 2 drill rigs within the underexplored Pontiac sedimentary Group in Hope Sector on the 100owned Cadillac Project located in ValdOr Abitibi Quebec Strategic Highlights from Hope Sector Drill Hole Results Figures 1 to 3New Zones CA26591 reported 79 gt Au over 40 m included in 23 gt Au over 190 m with visible gold grainsCA26334 graded 78 gt Au over 10 m included in 23 gt Au over 40 mCA26335 intersected 31 gt Au over 30 m included in 11 gt Au over 110 m Porphyry 1 Zone CA26334 reported 62 gt Au over 10 m included in 27 gt Au over 30 m Significance for Investors Hole CA26591 introduces a new highgrade gold zone near surface in the unexplored Pontiac sediments The intersection is located south of the Cadillac Fault and 50 m south of the Porphyry 2 intrusion which opens an entirely new exploration targetThis new discovery closely resembles the gold mineralization in the Cadillac sediments consisting of a stockwork of quartzcarbonate veins and veinlets accompanied by sulfides and visible gold grains To date only two holes have tested this discovery demonstrating the mineralized zone is open in all directions and at depth and signaling significant exploration potentialDrill holes CA26334 and 335 intersected the Porphyry 1 intrusion extending its westward dimension to at least 1 km in length remains open at depth and suggests a sizeable intrusive system in playThe two mineralization styles sedimenthosted gold and porphyryrelated gold systems elevate the Hope Sector as a highly strategic area for the Cadillac project despite its earlystage exploration status highlighting its strong potential for new gold discoveries Next Steps Further expansion drilling is being planned at the Hope Sector to unlock the full potential of these two new styles of mineralization sediments and porphyriesAdditional exploration drilling is already planned to test two new highpriority geophysical targets namely A 1500 m strong chargeability anomaly between the existing porphyry zones to test the expansion potential of the mineralized system or a new porphyry centerA 750 m ovoid magnetic anomaly consistent with a sizable intrusive body often associated with porphyry mineralization This second set of results underscores the emerging significance of the Hope sector which remains at an early stage of development with considerable exploration runway ahead The confirmation of a porphyry intrusionrelated gold system Porphyries 1 and 2 and a sedimenthosted gold mineralization materially enhances the geological prospectivity of the Cadillac project These discoveries point to the presence of multiple mineralizing systems increasing the potential for scale and supporting a more diversified exploration model With a footprint of approximately 30 km the Hope Sector represents a meaningful growth opportunity offering strong upside leverage through continued exploration potential resource delineation and longterm value creation Philippe Cloutier President and CEO of Cartier The underexplored Pontiac region represents a compelling opportunity for discovery with strong indications of multiple goldbearing lithologies including porphyritic intrusions and sedimentary units Over the coming months an expanded drilling program will systematically evaluate the Pontiac land package targeting new zones of gold mineralization and testing highpriority anomalies This program is designed to unlock additional resource potential drive new discoveries and meaningfully enhance the overall value of the project Ronan Deroff Vice President Exploration of Cartier Table 1 Drill hole prospective area and untested conceptual exploration opportunity situated immediately south of the prolific Cadillac Fault with potential to host a new style of gold mineralization intrusionrelated gold deposits within the underexplored Pontiac sedimentary Group supporting significant discovery upside The known presence of the porphyritic felsic intrusion is a favorable horizon for hydrothermal fluid flow This sector hosts several new highpriority drill targets identified through geoscientific compilation and modelling The Hope Sector defined by at least two porphyry mineralized systems are typically and primarily associated with a finegrained and disseminated pyritepyrrhotite mineralization with a pervasive silicabiotitesericitecarbonate alteration all crosscut by latestage smoky and white quartz vein and veinlet stockworks containing visible gold Locally accessory minerals such as tourmaline are observed Milestones of 20252027 Exploration Program 100000 m Drilling Program Q3 2025 to Q2 2027 The ambitious 600hole drilling program will both expand known gold zones and test new shallow surface highpotential targets The objective is to unlock the campscale highgrade gold potential along the 15 km Cadillac Fault Zone It is important to note that Cartiers recent consolidation of this large land holding offers the unique opportunity in over 90 years for unrestricted exploration Environmental Baseline Studies amp Economic Evaluation of Chimo mine tailings Q3 2025 to Q3 2026 The baseline studies will be divided into two distinct parts which include 1 environmental baseline desktop study and 2 preliminary environmental geochemical characterization The initial baseline studies will provide a comprehensive understanding of the current environmental conditions and implement operations that minimize environmental impact while optimizing the economic potential of the project These studies will be supplemented by an initial assessment of the economic potential of the pastproducing Chimo mine tailings to determine whether a quantity of gold can be extracted economically Metallurgical Sampling and Testwork Program Q4 2025 to Q1 2026 The metallurgical testwork program includes defining of expected gold recovery rates and improving historical results from the Chimo deposit as well as establishing metallurgical recovery data for the firsttime for the East Chimo and West Nordeau satellite deposits where no previous data exists This comprehensive program will characterize the mineralized material gold recovery potential and validate optimal grind size defining the most efficient and costeffective flowsheet The data generated will directly support optimized project development and have the potential to significantly reduce both capital and operating costs while also improving the environmental footprint Table 2 Drill hole collar coordinates from Hope Sector Hole NumberUTM Easting mUTM Northing mElevation mAzimuth Dip Hole Length Occurrences of visible gold VG have been noted in the drill core at various intervals Based on the observed intercept angles within the drill core true thicknesses are estimated to represent approximately 6090 of the reported core length intervals Quality Assurance and Quality Control QAQC Program The drill core from the Cadillac Project is NQsize and upon receipt from the drill rig is described and sampled by Cartier geologists Core is sawn in half with one half labelled bagged and submitted for analysis and the other half retained and stored at Cartiers coreshack facilities located in ValdOr Quebec for future reference and verification As part of Quality Assurance and Quality Control QAQC program Cartier inserts blank samples and certified reference materials standards at regular intervals into the sample stream prior to shipment to monitor laboratory performance and analytical accuracy Drill core samples are sent to MSALABSs analytical laboratory located in ValdOr Quebec for preparation and gold analysis The entire sample is dried and crushed 70 passing a 2millimeter sieve The analysis for gold is performed on an approximately 500 g aliquot using Chrysos Photon Assay technology which uses highenergy Xray excitation with gamma detection to quickly and nondestructively measure gold content Alternatively samples are submitted to Activation Laboratories Ltd Actlabs located in either ValdOr or SteGermaineBoul both in Quebec for preparation and gold analysis The entire sample is dried crushed 90 passing a 2millimetre sieve and 250 g is pulverized 90 passing a 007millimetre sieve The analysis for gold is conducted using a 50 g fire assay fusion with atomic absorption spectroscopy AAS finish with a detection limit up to 10000 ppb Samples exceeding this threshold are reanalyzed by fire assay with a gravimetric finish to determine highgrade values accurately Both MSALABS and Actlabs are ISOIEC 17025 accredited for gold assays and implement
